Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Independently assess, plan, and evaluate programmes of care for Emergency Department patients.
- Supervise and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Induction and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new team members, offering mentorship and fostering a cohesive team dynamic.
