What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Exceptional Care: You’ll provide high-quality, patient-focused care that meets the specific needs of each individual, helping them through every step of their dialysis treatment.
  • Mentor & Support: Be the go-to person for your team! Share your skills and knowledge to mentor and assist fellow staff members, helping everyone grow and succeed.
  • Safe & Effective Treatments: Provide haemodialysis in line with patient prescriptions, ensuring the utmost safety and care at all times.
  • Team Player: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including hospital trusts and external organisations, to ensure smooth and effective patient care.
  • Communication Champion: Keep the communication flowing! Ensure clear, compassionate communication with patients, colleagues, and all service providers.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your skills sharp by continuously developing your knowledge of best practices in patient care and dialysis treatment.
  • Evidence-Based Practice: Help us lead the way in patient care by applying the latest evidence-based practices and assisting in the review and improvement of our care services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a passion for patient-centred care.
  • Renal Nursing experience is a big plus, but if you're new to the specialty, we're happy to provide full training!
  • Strong communication skills to engage with patients, families, and your team.
  • A team player with a friendly, positive attitude who can adapt to change.
