About the Role
As a Dialysis Staff Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care, focusing on patient-centered treatment.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Administer safe and effective haemodialysis treatments in line with patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external partners, including hospital trusts.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Have significant experience in dialysis or renal nursing – this is essential for this position.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
- Be adaptable and flexible, responding effectively to changing situations.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.
