Junior Charge Nurse – Full-Time Role in Sutton

Salary: £37,630 - £38,658 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Charge Nurse, your duties will include:
- Deputising in operations management of the clinic
- Ensuring a seamless patient journey, providing an inviting environment for clients
- Implementing new processes to improve clinic operations and quality of care
- Onboarding and mentoring new staff, ensuring effective team integration
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, addressing concerns and complaints as they arise
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory policies, including KLoE (Key Lines of Enquiry)
- Maintaining accurate patient records and submitting timely reports
Essential Requirements:
Please note: Candidates MUST have Dialysis/Renal experience. The client will not consider candidates without this experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with renal/dialysis experience (this is a mandatory requirement for this role)
- Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse patients and colleagues
- A lead by example approach, fostering a culture of excellence within the team
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset to handle changing clinical environments
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage clinic operations efficiently
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD), ideally in Renal Care
