About the Role
As a Dialysis Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care, focusing on patient-centered treatment.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Administer safe and effective haemodialysis treatments in line with patient prescriptions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external partners, including hospital trusts.
  • Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to their review and implementation.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to maintain excellent standards of care.
  • Commit to evidence-based practices, supporting initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Have significant experience in dialysis or renal nursing – this is essential for this position.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, responding effectively to changing situations.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.
