Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Essential:
- Current registration with the NMC (RMNH/RNLD/RGN)
- A compassionate, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
- A flexible and motivated approach to care delivery
- Desirable:
- Experience in acquired brain injury care
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act
- Familiarity with risk assessment and management
