Requirements of the Staff Nurse:

  • Essential:
    • Current registration with the NMC (RMNH/RNLD/RGN)
    • A compassionate, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
    • A flexible and motivated approach to care delivery
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in acquired brain injury care
    • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act
    • Familiarity with risk assessment and management
