Main Duties:
- Personalised Care Planning: Evaluate, plan, implement, and assess individualized care following evidence-based guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of top-quality care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, and NMC guidelines.
- Clinical Procedures: Execute all clinical duties in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Team Coordination: Ensure the care team adheres to the inter-professional evidence-based care plans.
- Shift Leadership: Take responsibility for managing patient care during shifts when necessary.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Registered Nurse: Hold current registration with post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
