Work in Bermuda - Registered Nurse – ACW Dialysis (Acute)
Shift Pattern: 35 hours per week
Salary: £75,000 per annum (tax-free)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatments.
- Assess patient and family needs, create care plans, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care and communicate changes effectively.
- Lead and support the team, using available clinical and community resources.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
- Mentor new staff and act as a role model for peers.
- Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment and supplies.
- Engage in educational programs and staff meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Licensure: Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
- Experience: Minimum of two years’ post-graduate experience as a Dialysis Nurse.
- Certifications: CPR required; ACLS preferred.
- Skills: Strong physical assessment capabilities; completion of a formal dialysis course is a significant asset.
