Are you an experienced Dialysis Nurse looking for an exciting career move to a world-class healthcare facility in Bermuda? Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Assess patient and family needs, develop comprehensive care plans, execute interventions, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to review patient progress and communicate updates to the Clinical Manager or Nurse in Charge.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities when needed, effectively utilizing clinical and community resources.
  • Engage in unit quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of support and professional growth.
  • Use medical equipment and supplies efficiently and responsibly.
  • Participate actively in committees, staff meetings, and educational programs.
  • Undertake additional nursing duties and delegated medical tasks as required.

Qualifications & Registration Required:

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
  • Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in Dialysis Nursing.
  • Current certifications in CPR; ACLS certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in physical assessment and clinical competencies.
  • Completion of a formal dialysis training course is an asset.
