The salary for this permanent Senior Staff Nurse job is £39,880 - £46,480 per annum.
Duties:
- Support the wider clinical team and less experienced members through coaching, support and clinical leadership
- Be a clinical role model within the multidisciplinary team providing quality, evidence-based nursing advice, support and care for service users with mental health needs and their carers within a multidisciplinary setting
Requirements of the Senior Staff Nurse:
- Understand and implement the organisation's mission, vision and values
- Understanding and meeting their professional role and responsibilities under the Care Programme Approach and all other relevant legislation
- Respect and value the different therapeutic approaches within the multi-disciplinary team but ensure that the agreed philosophy approach is adopted and followed
- Registered Nurse (registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council)
- Evidence of appropriate post- graduate learning
- Assessor and Mentorship qualification (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
- Coaching qualification
