The salary for this permanent Renal Senior Staff Nurse job is £35,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional individualised care, ensuring a patient-focused approach.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
  • Administer safe haemodialysis treatments according to patient prescriptions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, external organisations, and hospital trusts.
  • Take charge and lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Foster and maintain effective communication with patients, service users, and providers.
  • Comply with company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and aid in their implementation and review.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care to renal patients.
  • Commit to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence to improve patient care.

Requirements of the Renal Senior Staff Nurse:

  • Must hold NMC registration as a Nurse
  • Previous experience in renal nursing is advantageous
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Adaptable and open to change
  • Friendly and personable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
