Main Duties:

  • Provide Exceptional Care: Deliver individualised, patient-centred care while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Safe Haemodialysis Treatment: Administer haemodialysis treatments according to patient prescriptions, ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, external organisations, and hospital trusts to provide comprehensive care.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, service users, and providers, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and support their implementation and review.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Actively enhance your knowledge and skills to uphold a high standard of patient care.
  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Practice: Engage in evidence-based practice and contribute to the evaluation and application of evidence to improve patient care.

Requirements of the Renal Staff Nurse:

  • Registered Nurse: Must hold current registration.
  • Renal Nursing Experience: Experience in renal nursing is advantageous.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Capability to adjust to changing situations and requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
