Main Duties:
As a Dialysis Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized patient care with a strong focus on patient-centred approaches.
  • Mentor and support team members to maintain a high standard of care.
  • Administer safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with external organizations and hospital trusts.
  • Foster effective communication with patients, service users, and providers to promote understanding and trust.
  • Uphold company procedures and actively contribute to their implementation and review.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development, ensuring you stay updated on best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and quality enhancement in patient care.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in renal nursing is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • The flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changing situations in a clinical environment.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality that enables you to build rapport with patients and team members.
  • A strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-professional setting.
