The salary for this permanent Dialysis Staff Nurse job is £28,407 - £34,581 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality, individualised care with a strong focus on patient-centred care.
- Mentor and support team members in delivering exceptional care.
- Administer safe haemodialysis treatment according to patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, service users, and providers.
- Adhere to and assist in implementing and reviewing company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of high standards of patient care.
- Commit to evidence-based practice and contribute to evaluating and improving patient care.
Requirements of the Dialysis Staff Nurse:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Experience in renal nursing is preferred, though not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Adaptable to change and able to respond flexibly to evolving situations.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Team-oriented, capable of working effectively within a collaborative environment
