Main Duties:
As a Dialysis Staff Nurse, you will:
- Provide high-quality, individualized patient care with a strong focus on patient-centred approaches.
- Mentor and support team members to maintain a high standard of care.
- Administer safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with external organizations and hospital trusts.
- Foster effective communication with patients, service users, and providers to promote understanding and trust.
- Uphold company procedures and actively contribute to their implementation and review.
- Commit to ongoing professional development, ensuring you stay updated on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and quality enhancement in patient care.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in renal nursing is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- The flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changing situations in a clinical environment.
- A friendly and outgoing personality that enables you to build rapport with patients and team members.
- A strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-professional setting.
