An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scrub Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our client's well-established Theatre department in a renowned hospital. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to expand their skills and expertise alongside some of the best consultants in the region. The hospital boasts six operating theatres covering a diverse range of specialities and procedures, including cardiac, orthopaedic, spinal, general/colorectal, vascular, gynaecology, renal/GU, ophthalmics, paediatrics, and pain management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex caseload.
  • Assist in the delivery of care to meet patients' needs.
  • Responsible for patient care, setting up for cases, and assisting in the day-to-day running of theatres.
  • Actively promote best practices and contribute towards quality improvements.
  • Collate and organise data to make justifiable patient assessments and interpret the information to colleagues.

Who They're Looking For:

  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Must have Orthopaedic Experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years scrub experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good team player.
