About the Role
As a Senior Scrub Nurse/ODP, you will play an integral role in delivering outstanding clinical outcomes. Working in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, you’ll specialise in procedures such as hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and ACL reconstruction. The role also provides the opportunity to engage across various surgical specialisms, enhancing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Operating in a state-of-the-art, 64-bed facility that opened in 1987, the hospital includes en-suite rooms, a 14-bed day unit, and a high dependency unit.

What You Will Bring
- NMC/HCPC Registration (required)
- A positive, flexible attitude with a focus on delivering high standards of care
- Warm, empathetic, and professional nature
- Orthopaedic experience is advantageous, particularly in hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and ACL reconstruction
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential
