Your role:
As the Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre provision and team. From conducting clinical audits and overseeing stock management to investigating incidents and providing clinical guidance, each day will bring something new. You’ll also play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of six, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
