The Role:
As Team Leader within the Orthopaedic Scrub Team, you will play a crucial role in performing scrub duties during Consultant-led surgeries, specialising in Orthopaedic procedures. The role involves working with a wide variety of cases, offering an exciting and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will also be responsible for providing leadership to the team, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting team development.

What You Will Bring:

  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic nature
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) – desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years of Orthopaedic Scrub experience, along with people management experience
