About the Role:
Sanctuary Personnel is looking for an experienced Team Leader (Occupational Therapist) to lead a team within Adult Social Care, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for service users. You’ll provide guidance and support to a dedicated team and work to improve the delivery of services in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver person-centred care.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
- Contribute to service improvements and compliance with policies.
- Support the Locality Manager in service management.
What You Need:
- Occupational Therapy qualification.
- Leadership experience in Adult Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of social care legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Empathy and commitment to improving lives.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
