About the Role:
Sanctuary Personnel is looking for an experienced Team Leader (Occupational Therapist) to lead a team within Adult Social Care, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for service users. You’ll provide guidance and support to a dedicated team and work to improve the delivery of services in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to service improvements and compliance with policies.
  • Support the Locality Manager in service management.

What You Need:

  • Occupational Therapy qualification.
  • Leadership experience in Adult Social Care.
  • Strong knowledge of social care legislation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Empathy and commitment to improving lives.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
