The salary for this permanent Junior Charge Nurse job is £36,392 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Assist in overseeing the clinic's operations.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients at all interaction points.
- Implement new processes to enhance quality improvement initiatives throughout the clinic.
- Facilitate the effective onboarding of new team members in collaboration with the broader team.
- Build positive relationships with patients and address any complaints that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies, including KLoE.
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports promptly.
Requirements of the Junior Charge Nurse:
- Registered Nurse with experience in renal care
- Previous leadership experience in an outpatient hemodialysis setting
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to effectively connect with a diverse team and patients
- Leadership style that sets a positive example and fosters a value-driven culture, encouraging excellence from all team members
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to managing changing situations in a clinical environment
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle various tasks involved in clinic operations
- Evidence of ongoing professional development, preferably in renal care
