Job Title: Sister/Charge Nurse - ITU

Salary: £49,181 - £60,110 per annum + shift enhancement
Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced ITU Sister/Charge Nurse to join our client's state-of-the-art ITU Unit at the UK’s largest private hospital, rated “Good” by the CQC. Their facility boasts the UK’s largest private critical care unit, fully equipped with the latest technology to provide specialist care to level 2 and 3 patients.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Sister/Charge Nurse within our ITU Unit, you will:
- Lead from the front, supporting your team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of specialist care.
- Be a role model for our values, ensuring all your patients' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Use your expert leadership skills to coach, mentor, and engage with your team, and step up to lead the unit in the absence of the ICU Lead.
- Provide bespoke, complex care to patients in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Coach and mentor junior staff to help them progress.
What You'll Bring:
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits)
- Experience in Neuro, Spinal, or General ITU
- Experience managing others (desirable)
