Salary: £37,630 - £38,658 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise in managing clinic operations, ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day activities.
- Provide a seamless patient journey, delivering a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of care and enhancing the patient experience.
- Onboard and integrate new team members, helping them thrive within the team.
- Build positive relationships with patients, addressing any complaints or concerns that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, governance, and regulatory policies, including KLoE standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely submission of reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Mandatory renal experience – you must have experience in dialysis/renal nursing to be considered for this position.
- Clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- A lead by example style, fostering a positive and value-driven culture.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, able to manage changing situations in a clinical environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks within the clinic.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) in Renal Care (desirable).
