Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.9/5 and over 500+ reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to work in Barrow-in-Furness on a full-time basis. The role is full time working 2 days on site at Hinkley and 3 days working from home.
The salary for this permanent Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader job is up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Duties:
- Carry out Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work assessments
- Undertake case management over the phone/in person, producing high standard and quality management advice reports
- Provide clinical supervision and support other team members where less experienced
- Support the Head of Nursing to advise, monitor and assess the clinical practice of the Occupational Health Team
Requirements of the Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader:
- An experienced Occupational Health Advisor with previous management experience, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day
- Ideally you would have worked within the energy sector
- Qualified or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable
- Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance
- Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
- Previous management experience
