Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of occupational health services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the occupational health service.
- Delivering health surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and fitness-for-work assessments.
- Providing expert, evidence-based case management and producing high-quality reports.
- Empowering and mentoring Occupational Health Nurse Advisors through training and clinical supervision.
- Developing health education and promotion initiatives tailored to client needs.
- Conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to NMC and professional guidelines.
- Regularly appraising team members and identifying training needs to enhance service delivery.

What We’re Looking For
