Salary: £43,014 - £46,314 per annum, plus £5,000 welcome bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Ward Manager on one of our client's acute wards, known for its calming and recovery-focused residential treatment for up to 38 service users.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager.
- Possess clinical experience and leadership skills that instil expertise and confidence in the nursing team and ward overall.
- Undertake defined delegated responsibilities from the Ward Manager, including protected time for Deputy Ward Manager duties and supervisory responsibilities for an agreed group of staff.
To be successful as Deputy Ward Manager, you'll need:
- First level Registered Nurse (RMN)
- Essential clinical supervision experience; training is desirable
- Evidence of CPD and a commitment to maintaining and developing CPD and leadership skills
- Good computer skills
- Experience in Acute Mental Health
- At least 3 years, or equivalent post-registration experience
- Mentorship experience is desirable; however, training can be provided
