Requirements of the Deputy Ward Mananger:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNMH) or a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
- Essential clinical supervision experience; training is desirable
- Evidence of CPD and a commitment to maintaining and developing CPD and leadership skills
- Good computer skills
- Experience in Acute Mental Health
- At least 3 years, or equivalent post-registration experience
- Mentorship experience is desirable; however, training can be provided
