About the Role
Their facility is currently divided into three specialised units:
- EA Unit: Male Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward
- AJ Unit: Male Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward
- MS Unit: Acute General Adult Male-Only Ward

Job Profile
They are looking for qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to providing a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high standards of care for patients’ mental and physical health.
- Acting as a role model and providing leadership to junior staff.
- Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Engaging in supervision, appraisal, and continuous professional development.
- Supporting recruitment and retention efforts.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
- Excellent clinical knowledge based on evidence-based practice.
- Experience with care plans, risk assessments, and report writing.
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act legislation and statutory regulations.
- Experience in staffing, skill mix, and leading shifts.
- Commitment to supporting junior staff and students.
