The salary for this permanent Ward Manager job is £50,375 - £56,329 per annum.

Requirements of the Ward Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Experience of working at a supervisory or managerial level within a relevant clinical setting
- Minimum 2 years working as a Ward Manager or equivalent.
- Experience of managing a clinical budget.
- Strong background within leadership and people management.
- Experience of leading, implementing and reviewing quality initiatives in a related environment.
- Strong track record of innovation.
