Sanctuary Personnel has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join our client's close-knit and friendly team on a full-time basis, covering day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday.
This unmissable opportunity ideally suits an experienced "all-rounder" who enjoys looking after general surgery patients, including those undergoing Orthopaedic, Urology, Bariatric surgery, Plastic surgery, ENT, and Ophthalmology procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a staff nurse on the surgical ward, you will:
- Support patients recovering from various surgeries, providing high-quality care.
- Join a high-performing team of experienced nurses who consistently receive excellent patient satisfaction feedback.
- Actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements.
- Make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team.
- Liaise and network with other departments across the hospital.
- Identify and report any significant changes affecting the patient's health and well-being.
- Develop your own knowledge and skills, as well as those of others.
- Promote best practice in health, safety, and security.
Who They Are Looking For:
- NMC registered - pin should have no restrictions or conditions.
- Comfortable working in teams with minimum supervision.
- At least 1 year of surgical or A&E experience in a hospital setting.
- Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration and additional training is desirable.
