What You'll be Doing:
- Delivering safe, compassionate clinical care to patients in a friendly, patient-centred environment.
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to health and recovery.
- Assisting in the minor operations/procedures room and Endoscopy Suite, with opportunities for specialised training.
- Maintaining infection control and a safe, clean environment at all times.
- Contributing to service improvements and policy development to enhance patient care quality.
- Collaborating with a wide range of professionals, from theatre teams to department managers.
- Rotating across areas of the department, ensuring smooth service delivery and patient flow
