The salary for this permanent Ward Manager job is £50,000 per annum.

Main Duties:
- To provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the ward nursing team
- To promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and visitors
- To ensure that standards of patient care are always maintained within the parameters of operational policies and governing legislation
Requirements of the Ward Manager:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
- Relevant experience in a similar environment
- Proven track record of leadership skills
