Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager based in Chelmsford. This position involves leading and managing a dedicated theatre team within a healthcare facility that features six modern operating theatres. This role is based out of Chelmsford and is paying £58K per annum.
As Theatre Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered while supporting strategic, quality, and commercial initiatives. You will build strong working relationships with consultants, senior teams, and healthcare professionals, ensuring collaboration across all areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the theatre team to ensure high standards of clinical care and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior teams, consultants, and healthcare professionals to maintain excellent service delivery.
- Mentor, develop, and support team members through training and continuous professional development.
- Implement and oversee quality, strategic, and commercial initiatives within the department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor resources and drive team engagement to achieve departmental goals and optimal performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- ODP Level 3 qualification or Registered Nurse.
- Experience:
- At least three years' experience as a Theatre Manager or Deputy Theatre Manager.
- Demonstrated success in leading change within a healthcare environment, achieving positive results through team collaboration.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present key concepts clearly.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
