The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £36,899 - £47,590 per annum.
Main Duties:
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Active first-level NMC registration.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with service users, carers, and managers.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks independently.
- Proficient in implementing evidence-based care practices.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Maintains a comprehensive portfolio that aligns with the KSF criteria.
- Demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Consistently upholds high standards of conduct and ethics.
- Ensures strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Skilled in the administration of intravenous medications.
