Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an ITU Sister/Charge Nurse to join our client's renowned ITU Unit at the UK’s largest private hospital, rated “Good” by the CQC. Their facility boasts the country’s largest private critical care unit, equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide specialised care to level 2 and 3 patients.

Your Role

As a Sister/Charge Nurse within their ITU Unit, you’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards of specialist care. You’ll support your team in assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care while championing their values and meeting patients’ physical and emotional needs. Utilising your expert leadership, you’ll coach and mentor junior staff and deputise for the ICU Lead when necessary.

What You’ll Bring

  • Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin
  • Recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits)
  • Experience in Neuro, Spinal, or General ITU
  • Management experience (desirable)
