The salary for this permanent Senior Staff Nurse job is £35,400 - £42,906 per annum.

Your Role as a Senior Staff Nurse
As a Senior Staff Nurse in our ITU unit, you will:
- Lead and mentor the ITU team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Step up and manage the unit in the absence of the Ward Manager
- Provide expert, hands-on care for patients with complex needs
- Support and guide junior staff, using your clinical knowledge to foster a culture of learning and collaboration
- Oversee the six-bed unit, balancing patient care with leadership responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse with NMC registration
- Previous experience in Cardiac ITU is a plus, but not essential (full training provided)
- Critical Care Course (60 credits)
