The salary for this permanent Senior Nurse Manager job is £50,000 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Take overall responsibility for the effective day to day management of the Emergency Treatment Service.
- Manage the nursing resource and objectives
- Undertake performance reviews with staff
- Co-ordinate, develop and deliver relevant training programmes to staff
Requirements of the Senior Nurse Manager:
- A&E Experience
- Previous management experience
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- IT Literate
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ensure compliance with responsibilities under HP policy and health and safety legislation.
- Prescribing Authority is desirable
