The salary for this permanent Senior Nurse Manager job is £50,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

  • Take overall responsibility for the effective day to day management of the Emergency Treatment Service.
  • Manage the nursing resource and objectives
  • Undertake performance reviews with staff
  • Co-ordinate, develop and deliver relevant training programmes to staff

Requirements of the Senior Nurse Manager:

  • A&E Experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ensure compliance with responsibilities under HP policy and health and safety legislation.
  • Prescribing Authority is desirable
