Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a Junior Charge Nurse to join our client's dynamic team.

Role Overview:
The Junior Charge Nurse is responsible for co-leading a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high standards of individualised, patient-focused care, as well as coordinating clinical, administrative, and operational activities. The Junior Charge Nurse will play a key role in promoting a “Community First, Company Second” culture, leading the team and creating a supportive workplace environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the leadership and operations management of the clinic.
- Ensuring a seamless patient journey and an inviting environment through all touchpoints.
- Implementing new processes to drive quality improvement initiatives in the clinic.
- Effectively onboarding new teammates in collaboration with the wider team.
- Developing positive relationships with patients and handling any complaints that may arise.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies, including KLoE.
- Maintaining accurate records and timely report submissions.
Person Specification:
- Registered Nurse with renal experience.
- Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
- Engaging communication skills and a friendly demeanour to successfully connect with a diverse team and patients.
- A lead-by-example approach to encourage a value-driven culture that brings out the best in everyone.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to changing situations in a clinical environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks associated with running a clinic.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care.
