What You'll Be Doing?
- Administer chemotherapy treatments in patients' homes as per their personalised care plan.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to facilitate treatment and recovery.
- Document clinical data and report any adverse drug events in line with company protocols.
- Stay current with clinical competencies and remain compliant with all business policies and procedures.
- Travel regionally to provide care, offering the flexibility and comfort of home-based treatments.
Requirements of the Chemotherapy Nurse:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration.
- Experience in administering cytotoxic drugs.
- Competence in cannulation and clinical assessments.
- Full UK driving licence (regional travel required).
