- Administer a variety of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as outlined in patient care plans, adhering to the highest professional standards.
- Serve as an ambassador for patient-centered care, delivering tailored, high-quality nursing to meet individual patient needs.
- Accurately document all clinical data and promptly report any adverse drug events following established protocols.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to facilitate treatment and recovery journeys.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and address any gaps in clinical competencies proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and procedures, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
About You:
- To excel in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Specialist Skills: Certification in administering cytotoxic drugs.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in cannulation.
- Clinical Experience: Proven ability to conduct thorough clinical assessments.
