Chemotherapy Nurse - Home-Based Care in Belfast

Position Overview: As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you’ll deliver life-changing care by providing high-quality, one-on-one chemotherapy treatments in the comfort of patients' homes. Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £38,480 - £42,640 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy in patients' homes according to their personalised care plans.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth treatment process and recovery journey.
- Document clinical data accurately and report any adverse drug events in line with company protocols.
- Stay current with clinical competencies and ensure compliance with all business policies and procedures.
- Travel within the region to provide home-based care, bringing flexibility and comfort to the treatment experience.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Proven experience in administering cytotoxic drugs.
- Competence in cannulation and conducting clinical assessments.
- Full UK driving licence (regional travel required).
