The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £28,000 - £34,000 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Provide exceptional, individualised care with a focus on patient-centered treatment.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Administer safe haemodialysis treatments according to patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, service users, and providers at all times.
- Adhere to and assist in the implementation and review of company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Commit to evidence-based practice, contributing to the evaluation and improvement of patient care through the application of research and evidence.
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Current NMC registration
- Nursing degree
- Experience in renal nursing is a plus (comprehensive training provided)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of current professional nursing issues
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and flexible with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team
