Duties and responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care.
- Managing service operations, including clinical outcomes, budgetary control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supporting the development of independence-building services tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Driving service growth by managing change effectively and marketing the service to commissioners and referrers.
What do you need?
- QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager with expertise in managing multi-site residential services.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing teams.
- Solid experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
- A commitment to delivering independence-focused, person-centered services.
