Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.9/5 and over 500+ reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Occupational Health Nurse to work in Plymouth on a full-time basis. Shifts will be on a rota basis between the hours of 07:30 am and 17:30 pm. 

The salary for this permanent Senior Occupational Health Nurse job is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Duties:

  • Providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive
  • Manage the clinical team in line with contractual requirement, delivering a high quality, minor treatment and occupational health service

Requirements of the Senior Occupational Health Nurse:

  • An ability to assess and manage minor injury and illness, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals
  • Be aware and maintain professional standards of conduct, taking action if others do not meet the company standards
  • Qualified or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable
  • Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
