Job Title: Regional Lead Occupational Therapist - Northern Region

What you will do:
- Provide professional management and leadership for the Occupational Therapy service across the Northern Region.
- Deliver expert advice and guidance on service development and workforce planning to the regional team within the occupational therapy profession.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate an effective supervision framework for the Occupational Therapy team, applying processes to manage performance.
- Support the recruitment of new Occupational Therapy staff across the region, ensuring a high calibre team.
- Identify training needs and lead the development and delivery of CPD opportunities for Occupational Therapy staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 6 years post qualifying experience.
- Registered with the HCPC and meet the necessary continuing professional development requirements in order to remain on the register.
- Hold the relevant sensory practitioner qualifications
- A full and clean UK driving licence
