What you will do:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and evaluate clients' care programmes.
- Facilitate therapeutic activities and help clients develop skills for daily living.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ functional levels and design treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate client records and reports, ensuring compliance with HCPC standards.
- Engage in team meetings and case conferences, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Travel between multiple sites as part of your dynamic workday.

To be considered for this role, it is preferable to hold a full driving licence as you will be based at multiple sites around Chester. Additionally, candidates must be HCPC registered and bring at least 2 years of experience in mental health.
