Role Overview
Join our team as an experienced Occupational Health Nurse and make a significant, positive impact on people's lives daily. We prioritise the continual support and development of our Occupational Health team, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
The role is part-time, involving 2 days on-site, with potential for remote case management for additional days. Ideal candidates will have experience in the energy sector and thrive in small, collaborative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Health Surveillance and Fitness for Work assessments.
- Manage cases over the phone or in-person, delivering high-quality management advice reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN; a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is desirable.
- Previous experience in a commercial occupational health setting, with exposure to case management and health surveillance.
- Thorough understanding of occupational health and employment legislation.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Experience in A&E or intensive care settings is advantageous.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
- Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
