The salary for this permanent Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner job is £60,500 per annum + 4% enhancement.

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Shifts: Monday – Saturday, combination of early, late, and long days (07:30 – 21:00) with on-call requirements

Your role:

As the Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre provision and team. From conducting clinical audits and overseeing stock management to investigating incidents and providing clinical guidance, each day will bring something new. You’ll also play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of six, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Urology Theatres.
  • Qualification as an Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
