The salary for this permanent CT/MRI Radiographer job is £41,659 - £47,672 per annum.

Main Duties:

  • To support the Imaging Manager/Deputy Manager with the provision of senior leadership and delegated operational management, providing clinical expertise and advice in supporting the effective planning and implementation of high standards of patient-focused care, following hospital policies, guidelines, and protocols. 
  • Providing sound advice and support for the Imaging Team, including assuming day to day responsibility for the department in the absence of the Manger or Deputy Manager.
  • To provide high quality diagnostic Radiographic CT/MRI images to all areas of service

Requirements of the CT/MRI Radiographer:

  • BSc (Hons) Radiography or equivalent.
  • HCPC registered.
  • Minimum of 5 years Post Qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in MRI & CT.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Awareness of own skill level and ask for help when appropriate.
  • Competent in all aspects of Radiography.
  • Competent in cannulation.
