Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Independent Nurse Prescriber to join our client's Primary Care Team working on a prestigious client site in Central London.

Role Overview:

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be a key member of the Primary Care Team, providing general nursing services to their company client. This role offers both the support network of a team and the independence to act autonomously. You will collaborate closely with GPs, nursing colleagues, and the client’s healthcare team, referring to GPs when necessary.

This is a varied and dynamic role with each day bringing new challenges. You will build strong relationships with the client and their employees, managing a range of healthcare needs through appointments and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care, assuming responsibility for complete patient care.
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating drug- and non-drug-based treatment methods into management plans.
  • Provide advice on overseas travel and vaccinations.
  • Conduct influenza inoculation programmes at practice and client sites.
  • Coordinate and participate in health promotion days.
  • Undertake vision screening both onsite and at client premises.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated specialist knowledge and skills at an advanced level.
  • Experience maintaining accurate medical records, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • RGN, NMC registered with PIN.
  • Non-Medical Independent Prescriber essential.
  • Relevant experience in dealing with minor injuries, ear irrigation, cervical screening, travel health, and venepuncture.
