Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our client's exceptional team at a renowned private hospital in the heart of London. Rated "Outstanding" by the CQC, their theatres provide a vibrant, exciting, and professional environment equipped with advanced technology and equipment.

Their private care facility offers four state-of-the-art operating theatres, specialising in a wide range of surgeries, including Robotics, Urology, and Gynaecology. With three DaVinci Surgical Systems, they host one of the largest multi-specialty private robotic programmes in the UK. The hospital features 49 patient bedrooms and four Level 3 ICU beds, delivering exceptional acute and complex care rarely found in the private sector.

Successful candidates will join a large, experienced theatre team with a strong track record of career progression. They provide support and development opportunities for those looking to advance their careers or broaden their knowledge. With 160 beds, 28 ICU beds, and 10 operating theatres, their facility offers patients exceptional treatment using the latest healthcare technologies and innovations.

Shift Pattern: 

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Sunday, shift working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate fully as a team member in all areas of the theatre suite.
  • Share knowledge and information, supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive team and achieve team objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Postgraduate experience in Theatres
  • Minimum 12 months Surgical (scrub) experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
