What you will do:
- Lead and manage a diverse team across various sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligning with KPIs
- Facilitate staff meetings and participate actively in multi-disciplinary team discussions and case conferences
- Engage with referrers, service purchasers, and partners to maintain a consistent departmental philosophy and approach
- Collate and prepare statistical and performance data for both internal and external reporting
- Coordinate medical, nursing, social work, and psychosocial functions within the department
- Support the daily operations and individual key working for client safety and risk assessment
- Act as care coordinator when necessary, overseeing assessments and plans for service user transitions
- Develop team knowledge and practices, ensuring continuous service improvement and effective performance monitoring
- Address HR matters including discipline, grievances, performance, and absence management
- Represent the department and organisation internally and externally when required
- Collaborate on budgeting with the Service Manager and ensure financial efficiency
- Uphold ADS ethical codes, participate in training, and engage in regular supervision
